Zoom versus Teams: 2020 usage figures and Zoom's fiscal 2021 revenue
In April 2020 Zoom cited over 300 million daily meeting participants, after correcting an earlier claim of 300 million daily users; someone joining several meetings is counted each time. Microsoft reported more than 75 million Teams daily active users, each counted once (CNBC; Microsoft). Zoom's revenue for the fiscal year ended 31 January 2021 was USD 2,651.4 million, up 326%, and its Form 10-K names Microsoft Teams among its bundled-productivity competitors (Zoom Form 10-K).
