Ford: the One Ford plan under Alan Mulally

Alan Mulally, previously head of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, became Ford's President and CEO in September 2006. Ford recorded a net loss of $12,613 million for 2006 and obtained $23.5 billion of new liquidity in December 2006 through secured loans, a secured credit facility and convertible debt (2006 10-K).
